Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raire Goods! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures, including shipping options, costs, processing times, and delivery expectations.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping but are working to expand our delivery areas in the future.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Unexpected delays by carriers may affect delivery schedules, and Raire Goods is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your tracking number.
5. Shipment Issues
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at goods@rairegoods.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at goods@rairegoods.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
6. Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout. If you need to make a modification, please contact us at goods@rairegoods.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Delivery Delays
We are committed to ensuring timely delivery of all orders; however, there may be delays due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we are made aware.
